Job Description

As a valuable member of Privia’s Marketing team, the Patient Marketing Associate will provide much-needed coordination to help our team improve the healthcare experience for our Care Centers and their patients. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, analytical and organized team player who excels in working cross-functionally and proactively finding ways to deliver value to the team and organization.

Essential Job Duties:

• Owns the onboarding and ongoing education processes for new practices on marketing offerings and initiatives (including third party vendors)
• Trains and implements practices on platforms such as Care Center websites, Google MyBusiness. Press Ganey (online reviews), etc.
• Owns the go-live preparation process including coordinating headshots, go-live kit ordering to ensure a smooth transition to Privia’s marketing offerings 
• Owns inventory management and order logistics on the Jetmail marketing portal 
• Hosts monthly marketing meetings/learnings opportunities (brown bags, lunch & learns, etc). with Care Center providers and staff 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred 
• 2+ years of marketing and/or implementation experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communicator who speaks with confidence and conviction
• Well organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Athena EMR and/or Microstrategy preferred 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to constantly remain in a stationary position
• Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer and printer
• Ability to read and use close vision, including the ability to do so on a computer screen
• Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information
• Ability to frequently adjust focus

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $50,000.00-$70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
