We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex <strong>software engineering projects </strong>that push the boundaries of additive manufacturing. In this role, you'll work closely with our software engineering team to ensure the effective delivery of high-impact technical initiatives that advance our mission.</p> <p>This role will be located at our Sunnyvale, CA office. </p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate complex software development programs </li> <li>Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans</li> <li>Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and dependencies</li> <li>Manage key vendor relationships</li> <li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks in the development of our products and services</li> <li>Facilitate effective communication within and between teams, escalating issues when necessary </li> <li>Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on key initiatives</li> <li>Drive technical decision-making processes and help teams reach consensus</li> <li>Help define and participate in the rhythms and processes of our software team (stand-ups, planning sessions, backlog groomings, on-call practices, deployment cycles, etc)</li> <li>Partner with Product Management and Engineering Managers to lead software team structures, cadences, and culture</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in technical program management in the context of software delivery</li> <li>Fluency in typical software development workflows (e.g. Agile) and key lifecycles (e.g. release management)</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects</li> <li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge gaps across various disciplines and perspectives</li> <li>Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Strong a
