We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Avionics Operational Quality team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining robust data integration solutions to support Quality data warehousing, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL tools and methodologies, deep understanding of dimensional modeling, and effective design and development of data visualizations

What You Will Do:

• Manage and maintain overall Quality Metrics related to goal setting, actual and forecasted performance.

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing data governance practices.

• Build user-friendly data visualizations to help stakeholders quickly interpret data and identify trends.

• Develop and maintain data collection processes, data transformations, and relational data modeling.

• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing Quality Reports to key stakeholders and internal customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.

• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.

• Maintenance / troubleshooting data flows for autonomous refreshes

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role leveraging Data.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R, Power BI / Tableau).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.

• Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate, for building and automating data solutions.

• Proficient Microsoft O365 suite, SharePoint Online

• Intermediate programming skills in languages such as SQL, DAX, M, Python

• SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System for managing and analyzing business data.

• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT best practices, data warehousing principles, and data modeling.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills require minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Good communication skills (written/verbal) with an aptitude for conveying complex technical information to a wide variety of audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and productively with team members and cross functional teams.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is a plus.
