What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years prior multifamily maintenance experience (required)
• Strong HVAC experience & EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Skilled in general apartment maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
• Ability to take after-hours/on-call responsibilities
• Must provide basic tools and dependable transportation
• Strong communication skills to work with residents, employees, and vendors
• Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests, repairs, and unit make-readies in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising service/grounds staff
• Schedule and supervise vendor work as needed
• Monitor inventory and stay within maintenance budget
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
