<p>Boost IT is a Portuguese technology consultancy company, we are integrated into one of the most entrepreneurial groups in Portugal, with investment in more than 30 companies.</p> <p>We want to be known for being the most dynamic, energetic and reliable company to operate in the market and, for that, we want to count on you.</p> <p>If you're passionate about technology and want to work on the most relevant technology projects, then this ad could be for you!</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Job Profile</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Manage, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Linux servers in stand-alone or clustered environments using automation.</li> <li>Manage, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Storage Servers and SAN Switches.</li> <li>Manage, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Vmware Servers.</li> <li>Interact with other teams to fully understand and implement business requirements, security policies, compliance rules and network connectivity flows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Ensure that Linux servers have the appropriated availability, performance and security that our business requires.</li> <li>Ensure that every addition, removal or change done on the Linux servers is properly managed through our automation platform.</li> <li>Ensure that security policies and compliance rules are applied in the Linux servers.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required</strong> </p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Linux systems administration.</li> <li>Experience with Linux clustering.</li> <li>Experience with automation.</li> <li>Experience with Vmware.</li> <li>Experience with Storage Servers.</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure services and networking topologies.</li> <li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Good English communication skills (written and oral).</li> <li>Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.</li> <li>Team player.</li> </ul> <p>f you are interested to know more details about the opportunity, apply to this opportunity or send me your CV.</p> <p>Let's talk and BOOST your career! 🚀BOOST Your Life.</p>
