Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors

Are you eager to deepen your current IT/Business skills in a high-performing environment? If yes, the opportunity is now! We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to help expand our SAP SuccessFactors practice.

 

 

Your key tasks & responsibilities

• Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
• Support solution and process design within the deployed technology
• Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration
• Prepare and execute test scenarios
• Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
• Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
• Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures

 

Your qualifications

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
• Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module
