Position Summary

We are looking for a Director of Software Engineering in Test to lead our quality assurance practices and software testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and testing, as well as experience managing a team of software engineers and collaborating across departments to achieve high quality software deliveries.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and manage quality standards and quality scorecards.
• Develop efficient quality practices from the start of the value chain (i.e., product requirements) to final production delivery focused on automation of manual tasks.
• Develop efficient triage and production support practices.
• Develop and implement software testing strategies and processes.
• Manage a team of software engineers in test.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that software is tested thoroughly and meets quality standards.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
