Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and deploy VPS strategy on its own site.

2. Drive & Facilitate workshop in its site in accordance with site, region and global VPS priorities with constant focus on HSE, Quality and productivity.

3. Drive and facilitate specific project and training on site and in region in accordance with site and region priorities.

4. Guarantee VPS structure and lean method application on site.

5. Track and report workshops, results, & saving at plant level on a monthly base including saving tracker.

Additional responsibilities:

1. Participate actively at the VPS deployment through the region by sharing good practice.

2. Participate to workshop and benchmarking activities in other plant to share knowledge.

3. Guarantee the deployment of VPS Maturity Assessment on site and action plan realisation, report monthly VMA status.

4. Propose regularly new VPS@work workshop and improvement idea on site to guide the site on its lean journey.

Qualifications:

Studies required (bachelor's or master's degree), postgraduate studies in specialization of Lean Manufacturing very much welcome

All lean tools and methods trainings required, manufacturing management experience is very welcome, as well as training and presentation skills in Polish and English
