THE JOB:
As Sous Chef at the Chelsea Pool, you will oversee culinary operations, delivering fresh, vibrant cuisine in a relaxed yet refined setting.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead & Develop – Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure excellence in execution.
• Optimize Operations – Oversee requisitions, inventory, and proper food storage.
• Maintain Quality – Ensure top-tier food standards, addressing any inconsistencies.
• Master the Craft – Uphold expertise in sauces, stocks, and soups for consistent flavors.
• Enhance Collaboration – Communicate with management and service teams to meet guest and operational needs.
• Support Efficiency – Assist with purchasing, receiving, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Drive Success – Manage kitchen schedules and contribute to strategic goals focused on profit, product, and team development.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
