Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Job Description:
Completes tasks to ensure all departments and areas of the building are working correctly and safely.

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
• Repairs customer racks; wheels, brakes, curtains, etc.
• Snow removal; plow truck, snow blower
• General building repairs
• Cardboard and plastic baler
• Battery maintenance on PIT machines
• Continuous improvement and 5S requests from building management
• Build vertical pallet racking
• Works with internal customers for any other needs
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician Job Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Attentive to detail
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work with people at different levels within the organization
• Ability to use expertise to resolve issues
• Ability to drive a variety of PIT machines
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with electrical is a plus
• Experience with drywall is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights
• Experience with general building repairs
