Position: Lead Test Center Administrator - Full Time - Benefits

Test Site: Indianapolis, IN

About the Role: As a PSI Lead Test Center Administrator (Lead TCA), your role encompasses both administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of an individual test center.

Role Responsibilities:
• Facility Oversight and Reporting
• Liaison with Regional Site Supervisor
• Support for Other Test Center Administrators (TCAs)                                                                                                                                                          • Test Administration and Supervision                                                                                                                                                                                •Staff Scheduling and Coordination                                                                                                                                                                                        •Customer Service and Candidate Assistance                                                                                                                                                                  •Compliance and Reporting                                                                                                                                                                                        •Additional Projects/Assignments as Requested 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Experience in a customer-facing role desirable.
• Experience in testing environment or invigilation/proctoring desirable.
• Skills in Microsoft Office software are desirable.
• Ability to walk/stand for 40% of shift time.
• Security clearance is required to carry out this role.
