JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily administrative operations of the restaurant office Maintain organized filing systems for guest records, invoices, and internal documents Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel/restaurant services, promotions, and local attractions Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping records Draft professional correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of management Ensure timely communication of updates and policies to staff Technology and Office Equipment Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machinesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
