Senior Financial Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting for Go To Marketing Organization including P&Ls, Bookings, Expense Forecast v. Actuals analysis, and KPIs
• Develop monthly and 4 quarter rolling forecasts for the GTM Organization as well as supporting long range plans
• Be a trusted advisor to the Go-To-Market organization, making recommendations to business leaders based on sound financial analysis
• Uncover opportunities to free up resources for reinvestment, and lead these projects from start to finish
• Leverage our multiple sources of data to drive actionable insight – build scalable models that adapt over time
• Work with key stakeholders to define, develop and maintain the reporting of main metrics to drive key business decisions
• Provide actionable insight on performance against business unit KPI’s and other financial targets
• Lead coordination and preparation of annual operating plans

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics or related field 
• 5 years of Finance or Analytics experience.
• Have strong business consulting, strategic, analytical, and organizational, skills.
• Strong oral, written communication skills.
• A self-driven and self-directed leader that can adapt quickly to changes in priorities and through help of manager; effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Detail oriented with capability to complete complex assignments with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources to create clear and concise reporting
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with ability to work cross-functionally and as well as independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
• Experience working with global teams preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive experience Strongly preferred
