• Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and confidant for the division heads and team leads of our revenue team
• Establishing a true strategic partnership for driving the people strategy, focusing on both the company and people objectives
• Providing guidance and input on performance management, career growth, and succession planning
• Analyzing people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs and ensure we are building healthy teams that are ready to grow with the business 
• Helping in identifying training needs and in choosing relevant and timely solutions to ensure their success 
• Advising and consultation on any complex employee relations questions 
• Contributing to company-wide projects aiming to improve employee engagement and experience at Veriff 
• Championing our values and culture, being a role model for these, and supporting the continual embedding of them in everything we do

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in a people partner role at a multinational tech company or a start-up environment, supporting revenue or GTM teams.
• Both theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to help you implement best practices in your day-to-day work
• Experience in research and analysis, as well as coaching and mentoring - this will help you to be a strategic partner for our team leads
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong passion and knowledge within the L&D area, growth-oriented and solution-driven mindset with a genuine can-do attitude
• Ability to think quickly on your feet and solve critical ad-hoc problems while staying calm and positive without losing sight of the big picture

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000 USD per year.  Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
