For our Traka brand, we are looking for a Commissioning Technician (m/f/d) for the Northern Germany region to support our growing team.

Your Role as a Commissioning Technician for Northern Germany:

As a Commissioning Technician (m/f/d) for Traka & KEYper, you will be part of a collaborative international company culture that supports your professional growth.

Your main responsibilities will include the setup, configuration, and installation of our intelligent Traka and KEYper key cabinets and access management solutions, along with software. You will also provide technical support to our end

customers and business partners, while assisting the local sales team in the DACH region.

 

You would:

• Install and commission Traka and KEYper key cabinets, including software at customers
• Conduct customer training on solutions and software
• Document installations before and after completion into CRM system
• Ensure compliance with installation standards and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and repair existing customer systems

 

The Skills and Experience You Need

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Brings technical support experience (remote and/or on-site) with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Has a service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Possesses knowledge of networking and computer hardware
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Has experience with Windows client and server environments in a plus
• Is fluent in German and English (due to working in an international environment)
• Is willing to travel (up to 80%)
• Ideally resides between Hamburg and Hanover
• Holds a valid Class B driver’s license
