Job Description

The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and coordinating all communication activities related to S&S premium audits. This role involves handling phone and email inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to clients, and supporting the audit team in delivering high-quality service, while contributing to the overall success of the premium audit process. 

 

We are hiring for multiple positions and fully remote.

 

What you will do for C&F:

 

  • Client Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues.
    • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information.
    • Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Complete Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation.

 

  • Coordination and Support:
    • Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
    • Assist auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients.
    • Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

 

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients.
    • Prepare and distribute audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Track and report on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

 

  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions.
    • Develop and implement best practices for managing premium audit communications.
    • Collaborate with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.

 

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all communications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards.
    • Review and verify the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients.
    • Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

 

Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned

 

 

What you will bring to C&F:

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with an equivalent to High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

 

Key Competencies:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to review and interpret complex data and audit reports. Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing audit reports and maintaining records. Thoroughness in following audit procedures and guidelines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain audit findings and requirements to policyholders, agents
