Key Responsibilities:

• As an Project Manager/ Scrum Master , you'll use your Agile Project Management expertise to facilitate the Agile process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methods, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software on time.

• Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and advanced proficiency in Scrum.

• Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development). Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.

• Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.

• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

NOTE: Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter

**This role requires you to be onsite at the client 3 days per week.**

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work exp.

• Minimum 4 years End to End Project Management Experience

• High school/ GED diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Agile Project Management

• Scrum

• Agile Process Coaching

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
