Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director, International Freestyle & Dispensed Business Development role is to support the development and growth of international freestyle & equipment business focused on the Freestyle platform.  This role will report into the Freestyle & Equipment Innovation Center (FIC) PMO and Capabilities organization,

The Senior Director, International Dispensed Business Development will drive development of, and implement a plan that supports the growth of the Global Freestyle and equipment market. This person will also, continue to support the capabilities of the international freestyle & equipment business model and be the liaison back into the technical community for customer commercial needs. They will help define the critical technical requirements to successfully broach the dispensed model with a roadmap to the Freestyle platform and micro-dosing.  This will include engaging with technical, commercial, strategy stakeholders throughout our Operating Unit’s and creating/stewarding solutions for dispensed acceleration outside of North America Operating Unit. 

What You'll Do for Us:

Network Leadership 

  • Leverage the power of the network to unlock strategic opportunities for dispensed 

  • Steward international opportunities and business plans  

  • Coordinate and align Freestyle business models in concert with OU’s and Future Flow 

Strategic Technical Leadership 

  • Lead the definition of technical capability requirements for market expansion 

  • Build system knowledge around dispensed infrastructure and development 

  • Ability to quickly digest market needs and communicate back to the technical community to execute 

  • Be comfortable leading/developing a cost benefit analysis to determine new markets for entry 

Platform Advancement 

  • Partner with international stakeholders and internal teams to execute strategic roadmap 

  • Influence internal and external teams to build technical infrastructure and capabilities  

  • Assist in commercial business capabilities with regards to Freestyle and micro-dosing 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. 

  • 10+ years’ of work experience, with 5+ in technical sales, franchise, business development, or similar roles. 

  • Deep understanding of the KO System, Away from Home Business, and system economics 

  • Business acumen:  Has strong financial and commercial acumen, with strong sense of what is required to expand in AFH internationally 

  •  Structured communications: Able to communicate to gain alignment with various stakeholders  

  • Consumer/Customer-Focused:  Focused on consumer and customer needs and able to communicate technical solutions to assist 

  • Relationship builder:  A  ble to build strong relationships with others and seeking to create win-win solutions, by creative problem solving and value-based relationships
