As Gong continues its growth journey, customers are increasingly looking for strategic partners who can help them operationalise AI-powered revenue workflows, embed Gong deeply across their go-to-market teams, and drive measurable business outcomes over the long term.</p> <p>Adoption Services is Gong’s post-activation services organisation, combining strategic advisory, platform optimisation, operational excellence, and continuous enablement to accelerate customer adoption and revenue impact. Through multi-year partnerships, the team helps customers maximise the value of Gong by embedding the platform into daily workflows, strengthening revenue processes, operationalising AI capabilities, and driving sustainable behavioural change across revenue teams.</p> <p>Within Adoption Services, the Senior Consultant plays a critical role as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers.
