The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $452,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly accomplished Distinguished Engineer to lead and inspire our engineering & architecture teams responsible for developing and maintaining our foundational privacy, governance & data platforms and delivering great integrated solutions for our users. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of critical Data & Ai Governance capabilities & platforms, including relational and non-relational databases, streaming platforms, analytical data lakehouse, business intelligence tools, AI/ML and GenAIplatforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our data ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

 Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to engineering teams Data & Ai Governance And Enablement teams.

 Architecture: Design and evolve the overall architecture of our foundational data & governance solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet the evolving needs of our organization.

 Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices in data & governance engineering.

 Team Development: Mentor engineering talent, building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

 Collaboration: Partner with product management, data science, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to data security, governance, performance, scalability, and reliability.

 Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the transactional and analytical data engineering space.

 Hands-on coding: Actively participating in design, development and debugging activities, demonstrating deep understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
