We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined problem-solver to join our growing team as a Lighting Technician based in Nashville, TN. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and new lighting installations

• Complete 15+ service tickets per week across various sites

• Operate a lift truck

• Read wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues

• Work with high and low-voltage electrical systems

• Enter basic job information using a computer or tablet

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in electrical or general construction

• Hands-on experience with lift truck operation

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a “get it done” mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (email, forms, digital ticketing, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with lighting systems and service/maintenance workflows

• Prior experience in field service or site-based electrical work
