Multi-Site Community Manager – Downtown Chattanooga

Are you a seasoned property management professional ready to lead two of Chattanooga’s most vibrant downtown communities? We’re seeking a proactive, experienced Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee Lindsay 414 and Riverset Apartments, each offering a distinctive and dynamic living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across both communities
- Achieve occupancy and delinquency goals
- Drive leasing and marketing strategies
- Oversee office and maintenance staff
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of property management experience (multi-site or downtown preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
- High-energy, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage teams
