Human Resources Internship

Dometic has an exciting summer internship within our Human Resource team. The internship are located in our Litchfield, Illinois facility which is our main distribution center that manages the packaging and distribution of aftermarket marine and OPE industrial products.   The HR department is responsible for new employee onboarding, engagement, community involvement, and much more. 

Qualifications: Must be understand be at least a sophomore in college, within business, communications, or related degree program.  Candidates must have great people skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with Outlook, and Excel or Google sheets required. 

Internship will begin May 27th or June 2nd and end August 8th.

Pay rate depends on experience and year of school going into.
