Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Location: must reside in Detroit, MI. This is a hybrid in-office position in our Detroit office.

As a Physical Auction Supervisor, you will spend your day guiding your team, ensuring procedures are followed and serving as a liaison between the customer, dealerships, vendors and financial institutions.

The Work Itself

• Review distressed inventory and make sell decisions to optimize proceeds
• Provide review and approvals on distressed inventory based on regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Reconcile and balance the close-out sale of distressed sale activities
• Facilitate, reconcile and clear yearly distressed inventory audit to include process improvements and trends
• Maintain and build upon auction supplier relationship with bi-weekly meetings
• Manage and lead project log activity
• Create sale, activity and inventory reporting to supplier on a weekly basis
• Monitor distressed volume metrics to identify process improvements, validate information while ensuring fluid operations
• Routinely exhibits a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
