Gensler is seeking a first-of-its-kind Strategist to join the Design Technology Studio a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that will shape the future of our digital transformation journey. This strategic relationship-builder will sit at the intersection of design, strategy, technology, and client experience, with a focus on creating value for clients and growing our business. 

As a Strategist, you will work internally across Gensler’s leadership and practice areas, and externally with clients and industry partners, to craft future-facing strategies that align with market demands, emerging technologies, and human-centered experiences. You’ll help position Gensler as a leading voice in the evolving worlds of digital, experience, and design innovation — driven by relationships, data, and business acumen. 

This role is not about hitting KPIs — it’s about driving impact, growing trusted relationships, and shaping new opportunities that redefine client journeys and market engagement.
