We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers to grow their skills in recruitment and talent management within a leading digital agency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Collaborate with senior team members to assist in recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews
• Support in the development of positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with company culture
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment progress
• Participate in employer branding activities to promote ATCOM as an employer of choice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields; internships in HR will be considered
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (Workable, LinkedIn)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
