dsm-firmenich’s Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) Division Ingredient Solutions is a leading global supplier of food enzymes, cultures, taste and health ingredients and other specialties for many of the leading global and local dairy, baking, beverages, and savory food brands.

 

We are currently looking for an Expert Product Management Hydrocolloids.

 

As an Expert, Product Management you support the Product Life Cycle Management of the assigned portfolio(s) in line with the objectives set by the business. 

You support the introduction, maintenance and growth of new products and lead the rationalization of products in alignment with the business manager(s).

Key Responsibilities  

• Introducing new products: internally coordinating new product launches by implementing into our organization and systems and in alignment with business and sales needs.
• Supporting running business in pipeline conversion to grow the business.
• Ensuring continuous maintenance of the product portfolio by looking at optimization, simplification and cost reduction possibilities along the chain as well as product quality improvements.
• Coordination of the rationalizing of products as agreed with the business manager(s) and in alignment with all stakeholders.
• Lead and/or participate in projects related to the assigned portfolio(s).

• Reward: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 57,829 to € 82,613 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

You Bring  

• Polytechnic degree and minimum 3+ years of experience within product management, operations or business management.
• Knowledge of Hydrocolloids (biogums/pectins) Product / Industry; knowledge in texture ingredients preferred.
• Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
• Well organized, structured and execution mindset.
• Project management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
