We are opening for recruitment of Demand Fulfilment Planning Intern to be part of Asia Pacific Supply Chain Management Team in Singapore; the intern will be able to learn about demand and supply planning process as well as logistic execution within supply chain operation. He/she will have 1st hand experience of the daily demand and supply planning operation.

 

Demand Fulfilment Planning Intern key responsibilities are as follows:

·       Support DFP Analyst to maintain and refresh current SCM Dashboard at Power BI

·       Support Market Demand and Fulfilment Planner on their daily tasks.

·       Develop new/ improvement of operational report/ dashboard using Power BI and Power Automate.

·       Monitor KPI delivery report and follow up with each stakeholder to identify root cause and formed up corrective and mitigation action.

·       Performed planning and order transaction on SAP/ Rapid Response system.

·       Active participation in team meeting. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals and generate creative ideas to improve the process and deliver operational excellence.

·       Actively engage in   continuous improvement Projects/ Initiatives

 

Candidate Requirements:

·       Bachelor / Undergraduate Student majoring in Supply Chain/ Logistic, Computer, Data Science or Statistics

·       Advance knowledge on Microsoft Excel

·       Basic understanding on MRP/ ERP system

·       Have understanding on Microsoft Power BI

·       Understand demand planning, supply planning and logistic operation.

·       Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

·       An excellent team player who is ready to take responsibilities and work independently.

·       Excellent communication, facilitation skill and presentation skills

·       Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude.

·       Eager to learn.
