SALARY RANGE

$52,000.00 Annually          $25.00 Hourly

 

Position Summary

This position is a professional position responsible for working collaboratively with regional behavior analyst as well as with other APD staff and providers. Responsible for working in an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary fashion within the construct of the regional structure. This includes, but is not limited to, regional behavioral analysts, state office staff, regional staff, contracted providers, and other community providers/stakeholders.

 

The Work You Will Do 

  • Provides technical assistance to Medicaid Waiver support coordinators, APD NW region staff, ADT and group home staff, regarding effective behavioral intervention, laws, rules and procedures for working with Agency for Persons with Disabilities consumers.
  • Participates in consumer staffing for health and safety concerns, and residential planning.
  • Reviews, make recommendations and completes report related to crisis waiver enrollment requests to include completing a documentation review, making phone calls, gathering information, and scheduling visits as needed. Preparing a report that includes justification for approval or details related to why denied within seven (7) calendar days of request from Agency delegated staff. <
