Sr Lead Mobile Software Engineer w/React Native - on site

Sr Lead Mobile Software Engineer to join our forward-thinking Digital Technology team at our Boca Raton, FL or Bethesda, MD development centers. . You will have 10+ years of SDLC experience be able to leverage in-depth React Native expertise to design and develop new features for our iOS and Android mobile applications.In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of impactful applications that elevate our customer experience. Curiosity and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged as many features will be released behind a feature flag or as part of an A/B test. You will drive for continuous optimization of security and performance, while tackling the exciting challenges of integrating personalization. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will work on scalable mobile React Native applications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that blends startup energy with enterprise maturity. You will report to the Director of Engineering.
