Product Manager (My Cruises) - Broadbeach, QLD

Your Responsibilities: 

• Use your passion for cruise to curate unique and innovative cruise holiday packages
• Foster new and grow existing supply partner relationships – including cruise lines, hotels, land DMCs and tour operators
• Negotiate exclusive market offers with supply partners to deliver an innovative cruise holiday package range across global destinations
• Manage the lifecycle of cruise holiday packages to ensure that they effectively deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both MyCruises and supply partners
• Develop product strategies designed to deliver and grow both TTV and commission
• Manage relationships with internal partners via a variety of communication channels
• Work closely with cruise sales team, after sales team and training to develop staff’s understanding of the key customer benefits of cruise holiday package offerings

 

 

Who you are: 

• Minimum 12 months' experience in the Travel Industry (Retail Travel, Wholesale or Cruise) 
• Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels
• Your innovative spirit and passion for cruise holidays shines through 
• A performance driven attitude along with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills and proven strategic thinking experience
• A supportive, positive attitude and customer focus
