Type of Position: Part-time Temporary

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

Work Schedule, Hours per week: Varies depending on department needs.

Starting Salary Range:  $15.34-$18.61 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary: The Regnier Testing Center Assistant serves as a proctor for the Regnier Testing Center operated by Workforce Development and Continuing Education. This position will administer proctored exams and is responsible for coordinating client testing appointments, completing check-in and check-out processes, maintaining confidentiality, and following all vendor protocols.

This position is a substitute position, filling in as needed when regularly scheduled staff are unavailable.

Required Qualifications:

  • Mid-level support role.
  • Completes routine tasks under moderate supervision.
  • Typically requires at least 1 year of related experience.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Proctor Regnier Testing Center Exams 
  • Schedule testing center appointments for the public using multiple online 3rd party vendor portals 
  • Welcome and check-in test center candidates, ensuring proper ID and exam vendor protocols are accurately followed 
  • Document processes for the testing center and its relationships with test providers
  • Provide Customer Service
  • Handle questions, problems, and issues with delivery of exams, test center clients, and various Workforce Development and Continuing Education branch staff 

*Other duties as assigned.
