Your contribution to something big:

► Lead of the Laboratory team in the field of microelectromechanical (MEMS) sensors (acceleration and rotation sensor combi-module MEMS) and Pressure sensors

► System and Process development of Laboratory tasks, supporting the technician colleagues in daily work.

► Provide methods, tools with the team for solving development or testing related problems.

► Strategic competence and skill development of the Laboratory team

► Capacity planning, tracking of the team

► Develop Team strategy /mission / vision statements in accordance with Department targets

► Active technical support of team members, follow-up of topics.

► Application of Bosch development methods/tools/techniques in accordance with international and Bosch standards, customer requirements.

Képzettség

What distinguishes you:

► Team Lead, people management experience

► BSC/MSC in information technology, electrical engineering/mechanical engineering or equivalent

► Project leading skills

► Experience in field of MEMS sensors

► Strive for the best in work and performance. Ability to motivate the team with positive leadership.

► Expertise in Developping Structured and systematic work circumstances

► Leadership skills / experience, openness, proactivity, problem solving attitude

► Very Good communication and problemsolving skills inside/outside of the Team

► Very Good organizing ability. Active tracking of tasks, empowerment of team in a multinational environment

► Ability to dive deep in and see the overall picture in different cases

► Very good (B2 or above) English language skill (German is an advantage)
