About the Job:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the development and execution of marketing activities. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to support the alignment of marketing strategies with business goals utilizing cross functional resources and multiple platforms including Social, digital and traditional media. Reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
What You Will Do:
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of relevant domestic and international trade shows; contracting space; managing booth design, graphics, signage and display preparation; messaging and positioning; samples and placement; staffing, logistics and set up / tear down.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social mediAbout the Job:a, email, etc.).
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and provide insights to improve future strategies
- Occasional travel
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and tools, such as website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Capability in developing engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
- Resourcefulness in overcoming challenges and finding solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in B2B marketing and/or communications, including trade show management is preferred.
