Electrical Instrumentation (EI) Maintenance Associate

- Days (7am-3:30pm – Monday-Friday)
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Eligible for employment in the US
- Must have one of the following:
- One (1) year experience in any of the following Maintenance Skill Areas: INSTRUMENTATION, ELECTRICAL, or HVAC;
OR
-
- One (1) year vocational/technical education in the Maintenance Disciplines: INSTRUMENTATION, ELECTRICAL, or HVAC
- Must be willing to meet the following requirements:
- Work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces, and confined spaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
- Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
- Undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment
- Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
- Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
- Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
- Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
- Wear required safety equipment
It is preferred that candidates have the following skills and/or experience(s):
- Associates degree or certification(s) in any IP Core Maintenance Skills or related disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation, or HVAC)
- Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.

- Instrument and control loop calibration
- Electrical control circuits
- Control valves
- PLC programming
- DCS programming
- Troubleshooting and repair of:
- Electrical power distribution and grounding
- Motor control circuits
- AC/DC motors
- Protective relaying and switchgear
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, tables, graphs, and diagrams
- Instrument Theory
- Control Theory
- Production-related computers and software

- Basic electronics
- Lighting repairs
- Installing conduit and wire
