This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Must have the ability to commute and utilize office hoteling space as needed.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Salary determined by experience.
Grade 17
Position will remain open until business needs are met.
This position will manage a variety of administrative tasks for the Office of Manufactured Housing (OMH) division, to include inspection scheduling (in plant and installation), licensing, consumer complaints and legal actions, and permits. Other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities will include preparing documents for record keeping; organizing, copying and distributing materials for the division; administrative tasks for creating and maintaining digital files; manage purchase orders for office supplies, scheduling internal and external meetings and preparation/communication for those meetings; provide administrative support for training and workshops and any required registrations; and other administrative duties or special projects as requested by the division leadership. Other duties as assigned.

Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years responsible administrative experience and related organizational skills in a professional office environment, and possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of administration and management; agency or program rules, regulations and operating procedures; accounting and budgeting procedures; business law as it relates to preparation of contracts, grants and other agreements.
Ability to plan, analyze, coordinate activities and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures.
Skill in oral and written communication.
