Stocker - Part Time, Beach Cafe (Harrah's Laughlin)

JOB SUMMARY: Greet all guests with a friendly greeting utilizing established service standards.

 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to clean and stock areas; acknowledge, greet and converse with our customers; respond to visual and oral signs; address the guests with any concerns and questions; physical dexterity to carry menus, remove dishes, and assist guests with chairs while seating; provide excellent customer service; work a fluctuating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and Holidays. Stockers also help get drinks for guests that get seated and bus tables. 

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:  Health Card

 

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 30lbs. Push and pull up to 40lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Maneuver in confined spaces. Tolerate high noise areas. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Understand, read, write and speak English.
