What awaits you?

• Optimizing processes in the production regarding quality, availability and production costs.
• Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects with the focus on quality and equipment availability including the development of new methods in the press shop.
• Autonomously identifying potentials in the own area and initiates necessary actions.
• Being responsible for development of a lean production system.
• Tracking the relevant Key Performance Indicators and Initiating suitable containment and corrective actions in case to get back on target level.
• Close collaboration with internal costumers in the relevant technologies.
• Reporting quality relevant KPI´s to the management.

 

What should you bring along?

• Engineering degree with focus on mechanical engineering, production, automotive engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality methods, process improvement and lean management positions in the industry, preferably in automotive production, planning or maintenance.
• Experience with checking routines and methods (necking measurement, surface evaluations, geometry reports) is an advantage.
• Knowledge about steel and aluminum material,about surface quality on unpainted and painted parts is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flair for dealing with people and mediating in conflict situations.
• Self-initiative attitude and pronounced quality awareness.
• Hungarian and English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be an advantage.
