DESCRIPTION

Oliver Winery is seeking someone to help us maintain our beautiful winery. If you like to mow and enjoy the outdoors this is the job for you!  


This is a seasonal hourly role which will run for no more than 6 months and will be 2-3 days per week.  


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming and weed eating.

Basic equipment maintenance (pre-operation and post-operation).

Additional duties, as assigned by management.  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience driving a Zero-turn mower.

Experience using a gas-powered weed trimmer.

High School Diploma.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to be insured on company vehicles.

Must be on-time to work and reliable.

Must wear appropriate work attire to include close-toed shoes and provided Oliver Winery logo shirt.

Must be able to routinely perform physical labor in a variety of outdoor environments.

Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position may occasionally be exposed to wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, outdoor power equipment, chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions. The position is outdoor work which requires attention to detail, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs ,sitting and standing for long periods.

Typical Schedule: Position is part-time, hourly. Typical schedule will be 2-3 days, Monday-Friday but is dependent on time and work load.
