About the team + role
We’re looking for a Campus Workplace Manager to join the Workplace Operations team at our HQ in Menlo Park. In this role, you’ll spearhead all operations on our campus, focusing on enhancing the employee experience, ensuring optimal repair and maintenance, and leading innovations and projects that improve the lives of Hoodies at work. You will also lead the Workplace team, manage various vendors, partner with the property management team, handle budgets, and drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Employee Experience: Be an ambassador for the overall workplace experience for all employees, ensuring Robinhood’s values and inclusive culture are translated into a welcoming and engaging workplace.
- Repair and Maintenance: Develop and oversee scalable programs for the maintenance and repair of campus facilities, ensuring high standards of preventive maintenance schedule, cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Innovation and Projects: Support the development of short- and long-term program management for the innovation of workplace amenities and services. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements across the campus.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of site Workplace specialists and technicians that support the campus. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent operations, including career and personal growth. Responsible for performance management, goal setting, and fostering a positive work environment within your team.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate quotes, review service agreements, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Evaluate existing partnerships for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to facilitate a variety of events to engage teams and drive exciting employee experiences. Work closely with Workplace Operations peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, post-occupancy modifications, and move management.
- Campus Operations: Develop and manage scalable campus operations programs around parking and transportation management, shuttle services, environmental health and safety, and event program management and execution in close partnership with the Physical Security team leaders.
- Budget Management: Review reports, dashboards, and other tools to ensure vendors are performing, meeting KPIs and SLAs. Manage and oversee budgets related to workplace operations.
- Property Management Partnership: Build strong relationships with property management teams to ensure best-in-class service, experience, and maintenance of the campus.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Head of Workplace and Real Estate team to translate ongoing operational needs, business team requirements, and preferences into long-term real estate strategies for the campus.
What you bring
- 7+ years of recent experience in multi-site workplace operations and people management.
- Strong interpersonal skills; thrives on being the face of the office and driving company culture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them.
- Experience in developing and executing large-scale in-person events.
- Passion for building and maintaining a tight-knit community within the workplace.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects at a time.
