Principal Associate, Project Manager - Treasury Management (Business Banking)

As a Treasury Management Strategy & Execution Project Manager within the Business Banking Sales & Service Team at Capital One, you will execute on high priority projects focused around our Treasury Management product delivery. General Responsibilities:
Leading moderate to large projects and programs by executing project accountabilities
Ensuring projects are meeting the needs within Business Banking by providing subject matter expertise
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and on time
Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide support to effectively drive project delivery including change management
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Resolve complex problems where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions; identify and involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns
Collaborate on larger initiatives, including representing departments on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests; may challenge forum decisions if project outcome impacts department processes
Participate in cross-functional project teams, including projects driven by other parts of the organization, to provide input, liaise with training, and partner with groups on execution efforts
Document and maintain formal process and project documents including creating project reports, presentations, business cases, procedures and diagrams
Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
This person will:
Exhibit outstanding problem solving and influencing skills to effectively drive project and program efforts
Display a passion to drive business results as both an individual contributor and subject matter expert for Business Banking
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with partner teams and key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Treasury Management experience
At least 2 years of experience in Business Banking
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $117,300 - $133,900 for Principal Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
