Core Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Vision – Drive and implement media planning across key campaigns connected to Masterbrand, Adults, Shopper and Occasions, in partnership with marketing, and business objectives across channels delivering a data-driven, consumer-centric approach to media planning and buying that drives both long-term brand equity and short-term performance.
Investment Stewardship and Governance - Making sure standards are followed, met, and delivering the strongest performance.
Leadership and Capability Building – Being a key driver of a high-performing Media Planning team, while mentoring local teams on standard processes, innovation, and executional excellence based on a continuous learning environment.
Partner and Executive Influence - Serving as an authority for paid media in collaboration with Leadership, Brand Management as well as external partners to drive alignment and advocacy.
Innovation, Tech, and Ecosystem Strategy - Staying ahead of industry trends, technologies, and platforms (e.g., AI, retail media, cookie deprecation) to future-proof our digital media strategy.

This role combines critical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and broad channel expertise to help shape our strategic approach in a fast-evolving media landscape.
As expert in your field, you’ll guide campaign strategy for key campaigns, cultivate strong internal and external partnerships, and ensure that our media investments deliver against both brand and commercial goals.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven track record in digital and traditional media, with direct exposure in a regional or global role in an agency, big brand or tech company driving media planning excellence, and strong campaign performance.
- Deep knowledge of the media landscape, ad-tech ecosystem, and evolving privacy/regulatory environment.
- A strong personal presence, with the ability to influence partners and connect/ inspire cross-functional teams both internally and with the ownership of media agency relationships.
- A builder of inclusive teams, developing talent, and encouraging high-performance.
- A commitment to purposeful, ethical marketing in line with our values and mission.
- English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is important.
- Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days from home)
