Stebr, Inc is a California-based startup in custom software application development and AI. We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled Business Development Executive for IT staffing to strengthen our presence in the Information Technology and Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key client relationships for IT staffing solutions.
• Generate and close leads, utilizing your understanding of the sales funnel.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients to fully understand their staffing needs, setting precise expectations, explaining the range of services provided by On Target, and working collaboratively to create creative and strategic solutions that align with their unique business requirements.
• Achieving beyond-weekly objectives through cutting-edge techniques, such as lead generation tools and networking. Harnessing inventive methods, including Lead Gen, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team for successful candidate placements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for our software development services.
• Stay updated on technology trends for client insights.
• Execute business development activities, including cold calling and proposal creation.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and industry influencers

Requirements
