Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Assistant to support our growing business initiatives. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of strategies to acquire new clients, manage partnerships, and identify market opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in identifying new business leads and tracking pipeline activities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports.

• Coordinate communication and follow-up with prospective and current clients.

• Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

• Schedule meetings, calls, and events related to partnership development.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or administrative roles (preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
