DTCC is seeking a Thought Leadership and Brand Content Lead to shape the next evolution of how we show up in the world. This role will define and activate the strategic vision for branded content and executive thought leadership—building brand awareness, familiarity, and differentiation through powerful ideas, storytelling, and execution.
This is not a purely strategic role. We’re looking for a creative leader who combines vision with hands-on execution, someone who can bring bold ideas to life through compelling narratives, exceptional production strategy, and modern content formats. You will play a critical role in shaping DTCC’s voice, turning complex topics into clear, engaging stories that strengthen our reputation and connect brand storytelling to business outcomes.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve DTCC’s brand narrative across branded content and executive thought leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s positioning across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Bring DTCC’s positioning to life through distinctive storytelling that integrates writing, design, and production into high-impact content that engages core audiences and builds brand familiarity..
- Translate complex market infrastructure topics into clear, compelling stories, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences in the right ways.
- Build and scale a brand content program that drives brand familiarity, consideration, and discoverability (including GEO/LLM optimization), while clearly linking storytelling to measurable business impact.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, partnering closely with the Executive Committee and GMs to develop executive and brand content roadmaps across formats and channels.
- Drive consensus, secure buy-in and foster adoption of narrative frameworks and storytelling devices among executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Shape DTCC’s social executive presence, influencing where, how, and with whom the brand shows up—externally, internally, and through executive ‘influencer’ storytelling
- Lead experimentation with new formats, platforms, and distribution models, developing repeatable playbooks once effectiveness is proven.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business marketing, external and internal communications, and creative to deliver integrated, holistic brand and content plans.
- Create frameworks, rituals, and operating models that help the team move faster and produce content that creates impact.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experien
