Cleaner (Manufacturing Plant, Night Shift)

The Manufacturing Plant Cleaner (Night Shift) is a key role supporting our manufacturing process. We are a small team entrusted to clean our glue machines nightly. This enables them to ready for use the next day by our teams to build world-class interior wooden doors.

HOUR: Night Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00pm-4:30am (over-time as needed)

JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company safety policies
• Assures team follows all safety polices, including LOTO of machinery
• Self-motivated and quick problem solver
• Respects others; works well alone and with others
• Able to manage responsibilities effectively resulting in quality results
• Is a quick learner
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and to stand during the shift
• Able to drive forklift is a plus
• Knowledge/experience of 5s system is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Starting at $20.00/hr + $2.15/hr shift differential
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions (starting 1st of the month after 60 days of employment)
• 401K (after 90 days)
• 2 Weeks Annual Accrued Paid Time Off (accrual begins day 1) and 8 Paid Holidays (after 90 days)
