Lifeguards – Starting at $12.00/hour
Wellness Coaches – Starting at $11.00/hour

What You'll Do as a Lifeguard


Keep members and guests safe by actively monitoring the pool.
Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies.
Help create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone.


What You'll Do as a Wellness Coach


Welcome and support members in the Wellness Center.
Assist members with equipment and answer fitness-related questions.
Encourage healthy lifestyles while creating a positive member experience.


No Experience? No Problem!

We're looking for dependable, friendly individuals who enjoy helping others. We'll provide the training you need to be successful.

Qualified Lifeguard candidates can earn their YMCA Lifeguard Certification through our FREE training program (a $200 value).
