We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Doctrine and Tactics Analyst.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the design and development of test and data collection plans for Mine Countermeasures (MCM) exercises
- Serve as an observer aboard exercise units to coordinate observation and data collection efforts in support of doctrine and tactical development
- Develop and disseminate exercise messages and reports
- Support the reconstruction of exercise events to capture operational timelines and outcomes
- Contribute to doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) validation, including recommending and implementing product modifications
- Analyze exercise results in accordance with the Execution Plan
- Support the development of new tactical concepts and the analysis of emerging MCM systems
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of U.S. Navy experience relating to surface, aircraft, and/or expeditionary MCM operations and warfare tasks
- At least 4 years of experience managing projects or programs
- Demonstrated ability to prepare briefings, reports, and correspondence that are technically accurate and operationally relevant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with staff-level assignments in Navy or joint operational environments
- Familiarity with Navy doctrine and TTP development processes
- Experience with data collection tools, reconstruction methods, and analysis techniques in MCM operations
Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
