Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing and team development? Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Extrusion Production Supervisor to lead our Senatobia, MS team. This is a key leadership role focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supervise all department staff and operations; maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ensure a safe work environment through training, PPE enforcement, and incident response.
• Maintain product quality by training staff, monitoring standards, and managing non-conforming products.
• Keep production areas clean and audit-ready; coordinate with maintenance and engineering as needed.
• Monitor and optimize production efficiency; record production and downtime data.
• Train staff on safety, quality, and equipment; enforce policies and manage time records, overtime, and leave.
• Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee concerns; escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with scheduling and management on shift priorities and communicate updates.
• Support continuous improvement, policy development, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide performance feedback and participate in employee reviews and customer tours.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and wear required PPE.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of relevant experience or a degree in management.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of aluminum finishing/painting preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.
• Experience in quality and production processes; adaptable to fast-paced environments.
