What You’ll Do:

Lead & Support the Team
Supervise production employees, ensuring they receive proper training, guidance, and motivation. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. -
Champion Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety policies, conduct training, and ensure PPE use. Respond promptly to incidents and promote a culture of safety. -
Drive Quality Assurance
Oversee production to ensure products meet or exceed expectations. Manage non-conforming products and maintain accurate quality records. -
Boost Production Efficiency
Monitor goals, address inefficiencies, and align with scheduling teams to meet output expectations. -
Maintain Workplace Organization
Keep the production floor clean and “customer visit ready” through daily audits and organization. -
Collaborate & Solve Problems
Partner with maintenance, engineering, and other teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. -
Manage Policies & People
Uphold company policies, manage schedules, approve time records, and handle performance feedback and corrective actions. -
Champion Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Proven ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and foster a positive, productive work environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and reporting
